I've just got back from holiday and I thought I might send you a quick update about the hotel foyers etc. which you said might be problematic.

I'm pleased to report that the listening program you gave me with extra Echo blocking worked a treat, even in St Mark's Basilica! 

These aids are incomparable with my old hearing aids. In a noisy restaurant, everything sounded like mumbo jumbo when the conversation got lively and I couldn't keep up with the wise cracks.

With my new hearing aids I can catch the punchlines and even throw in a few of my own.
