If you happen to find an out of town, internet only, mobile trading company quoting low prices, ask them:

  Do they carry calibrated real ear measurement equipment?

• Not all online traders are unscrupulous but we would urge you to think twice about buying hearing aids from a mobile trader. 
• If they haven't got any premises from which they can deal with customers face to face then you might find it difficult to get your money back should anything go wrong.
