Our 30 day money back guarantee is our promise to you that if you are dissatisfied with our hearing instruments or service for whatever reason you can return you instruments and claim the purchase price* back provided the instruments are returned to us undamaged.  (* subject to a £50 administrative fee.)     

All our instruments also carry a 2-year Warranty against manufacturer defects as standard.

If you require additional an additional (non refundable) warranty plan we are able to offer various chargeable warranty packages which cover the instrument for up to a maximum of five years dependent on the manufacturer.
